After the hurricane, without running water, residents are organizing to meet basic needs


Water is required to flush a bathroom, and tens of hundreds of North Carolinians have been with out it since Hurricane Helena tore by the state three weeks in the past. As Lark Frazier went round asking his Asheville neighbors how they have been coping with the flush water, a number of broke down in tears over the stress of the place to go to the toilet and what to do with the waste.
