The wavy ensembles of Lindy Reyes, left, and Andre Reyes caught my eye as I handed the couple on Mulberry Avenue in Manhattan on a Saturday in late December. The Reyes, who had been visiting New York from Singapore, had been in a line of individuals ready to enter the Aimé Leon Dore retailer in NoLIta.
Mr Reyes, 50, a DJ and proprietor of a pizza and document store in Singapore known as Selection Cuts Pizza & Data, regarded casually sensible in his outfit of a crimson sweater over a white collared shirt and dishevelled cargo pants, which had been accented with motifs like shoelaces that matched the colour of his sweater. Ms. Reyes, 47, a flight attendant, exuded a chic envelope in a unfastened blanket-like coat and a chic beret.
“You might say we naturally complement one another in an natural approach,” Mr. Reyes stated, including that he and his spouse take a collaborative strategy to dressing and that she has a greater style sense. “She took style design, I took multimedia arts,” he stated. “Make up your thoughts.”
