A longtime CIA operative who drugged, photographed and sexually assaulted greater than two dozen ladies in postings world wide was sentenced to 30 years in federal jail Wednesday after an emotional listening to by which the victims described being deceived by a person who he appears type, educated, and personal to an company “supposed to guard the world from evil.”
