The channel in Argentina mysteriously turned brilliant pink on Thursday, anxious residents who had been woke up by its robust odor.
“The scent woke up us. Throughout the day we checked out this aspect of the river, it was utterly pink, all coloured, ” Avelaneda Resident Maria Dukoms told AFPS
“It regarded like a blood -covered river was horrible.”
Water samples had been taken from the Sarandi channel, positioned within the suburb of Buenos Aires, to find out the reason for the colour change, which may be an “natural dye”, in response to the Ministry of Atmosphere of the province.

Residents blame native pores and skin and textile factories, that are recognized to throw the dye and chemical waste into the water street, which flows into the Río de la Plata between Argentina and Uruguay.
