The storms dumped heavy snow and freezing rain on a part of the jap United States extending from Kentucky to the nation capital, inflicting a whole lot of street accidents, killing energy in locations and threatening to flood the waterways as temperatures started to rise on Wednesday. Within the meantime, California was making ready for an atmospheric river that would flood areas devastated by the final fires.
