A Russian jail in the USA can be launched “within the coming days” in alternate for the discharge of American trainer Mark Fogel this week, the Kremlin stated on Wednesday.
Dmitry S. Peskov, the Kremlin spokesman, instructed reporters that Russia wouldn’t determine the prisoner solely after the discharge.
